Prerequisites Proof of qualification as a specialist for call systems, technically trained specialist, basic technical and logical understanding. Die Abmeldung muss spätestens 5 Tage vor Seminarbeginn schriftlich bei uns eingereicht werden oder Sie stornieren den Kurs in Ihrem Tunstall Academy Profil unter "Meine Buchungen". Bei Abmeldungen bis 2 Tage vor Seminarbeginn werden 50 %, danach 100 % der Teilnahmegebühr berechnet. Bei unentschuldigtem Fernbleiben wird die volle Teilnahmegebühr berechnet. Sollte zum gleichen Seminartermin ein Ersatzperson teilnehmen, erfolgt keine Berechnung. Cancellation must be submitted to us at least 5 days before the start of the seminar or you cancel the course in your Tunstall Academy profile under "My Bookings". For cancellations up to 2 days before the start of the seminar, 50% of the participation fee will be charged, thereafter 100%. In case of unexcused absence, the full participation fee will be charged. Should a substitute person attend on the same seminar date, no charge will be made.
